Room quality needs improvement, especially concerning cleanliness and maintenance!!! The beach access is awkward with dangerous swimming conditions due to rocks!!! Management should rethink the check-in process, as one person is not enough during busy arrivals!!!

Upon arrival, I was shocked to find my luxurious junior suite didn’t even have a heated pool, talk about misrepresentation! The room was tired, and let’s not even discuss the ants invading my paradise. After my utter delight in expecting a complimentary upgrade, I was just left disappointed. Loved the upgrade!
We scored a free upgrade to a sweet suite with our own pool! Super spacious room too, but it had a few insects—totally not the hotel's fault, though. The breakfast was on point, and they had so many veggie options. Just a heads up, the beach is kinda rocky, so pack some swim shoes.
