unexpected food safety concerns
The location provided stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff at the bar were friendly, keeping spirits high during quiet afternoons by the pool.
Unfortunately, the food safety practices were alarming, leading not only to personal illness but also raised questions about the overall hygiene in the kitchen.

Room quality needs improvement, especially concerning cleanliness and maintenance!!! The beach access is awkward with dangerous swimming conditions due to rocks!!! Management should rethink the check-in process, as one person is not enough during busy arrivals!!!

Upon arrival, I was shocked to find my luxurious junior suite didn’t even have a heated pool, talk about misrepresentation! The room was tired, and let’s not even discuss the ants invading my paradise. After my utter delight in expecting a complimentary upgrade, I was just left disappointed. Almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

after my previous stay in kallithea, kresten royal really exceeded my expectations this summer. the private pool in our junior suite was a blissful escape from the 35-degree heat. dining was a treat, with themed buffets and fresh, steaming dishes waiting every night.
cocktails could have wider options.

Loved the upgrade!
We scored a free upgrade to a sweet suite with our own pool! Super spacious room too, but it had a few insects—totally not the hotel's fault, though. The breakfast was on point, and they had so many veggie options. Just a heads up, the beach is kinda rocky, so pack some swim shoes.

This hotel suits me perfectly, providing amenities like wi-fi, seasonal outdoor pool, and 24-hour reception. I remember my first stay when staff helped me find lost car keys. Definitely recommend it for a city trip!

The views are breathtaking, and the private beach offers a unique spot to unwind with plenty of loungers available. Staff were genuinely friendly, but the food was sometimes lukewarm, affecting the overall experience. The rocky beach does require proper footwear, so be prepared for that.
